Any information we receive from you is purely so we can efficiently deliver your goods, or to communicate information you choose to receive. Subject to our Privacy Policy, we will absolutely not share your information with any other party under any circumstances. We rely on our Shopify platform to securely store all customer information.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy on the basis that items are returned in the same condition that you received them. Certain items cannot be returned, so please carefully read our Refund Policy to check whether your item can be returned, and the manner in which returned items will be accepted.

Warranties and guarantees
Rodin Cars is New Zealand company and New Zealand purchases will be covered under New Zealand consumer law.
Other warranties or guarantees may apply depending on local laws pertaining to on-line transactions. However our point of sale will be either New Zealand or the United Kingdom, depending on which website is used.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
We may, from time to time, provide for special offers, customised products, or sale items. In those cases please read carefully any special terms and be aware they may alter the general minimum standards set out below.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Rodin Cars. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Rodin Cars discourages the bulk buying practices of our products and we will cancel orders and refund at our discretion to enable access to all of our products for every customer.
